Summary of Meeting

Present: Kétévi, Ulrich, Herman, Beltako, Benard, Horst, Kenneth, Sanae, Funmi, Kelly, Peyton, Lawrence, and Mounia
Apologies: Deepack

• We presented the summary report on the ACP2025 site visit. This report has already been sent to the ASP-IAC.

• We did also presented the updated version of the poster

• We need to update the ASP webpage and add useful or practical information for ACP2025.

• The LOC has already shared these tasks, and Beltako may provide us with this next week.

• Benard and Kétévi presented their initial suggestions on topics for the NP sessions.

• Ulrich, Horst, and Sanae reported on the cross-cutting sessions.

• Kelly and Peyton reported on the MP sessions. They are willing to reach out to the African Medical Physics Association in order to identify potential speakers.

• Lawrence reported on the LS sessions.

• Mounia presented the first draft of the PP sessions.

• We discussed the possibility of extending the abstract submission deadline to April 15th.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, April 2nd.
