Date of MuCol mid-term review: They are converging on May 22nd, as it has to be during third week of May. The meeting will be on Zoom. Roberto will contact the EU PO for confirmation.
Deliverables & Milestones
- M17 is ready, and it was distributed to the MuCol Management Committee for final comments.
- D1.3 should be ready in the next few days. Formatting and some references are missing.
Status of MuCol P1 report
- Draft. For the financial part, the institutes are being reactive so the preparation is proceeding smoothly.
Status on ESPPU report
The draft is in good shape, but there are still some discussion ongoing (demonstrator, physics & detector ressources, etc.). A dedicated editorial meeting will be held later in the afternoon: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1508477/

Gender advisor update (EJ Bahng) : There has been a change of plan for the Diversity and Inclusion (DI) activity. This new plan has been developed in collaboration with the Scientific Committee members. Instead of a formal panel discussion with invited panelists, we will now host an informal, community-based “Lunch & Learn” session within the MuCol community. This revised format is designed to foster a relaxed, inclusive environment focused on gathering input and building connections. Paula Desire Valdor, who was recommended by Taylor, has kindly agreed to serve as the in-person facilitator for this session and EJ Bahng will be the online facilitator. The format will include a list of guiding questions and small group discussions, with each group submitting a brief summary of their conversation. An anonymous exit survey will also be provided to help guide our future EDI planning. EJ Bahng continue to keep you updated as more details are finalized.
