I will discuss how bootstrap techniques can be used to chart all possible UV completions of theories of Goldstones (or Goldstinos), with a particular interest in bootstrapping large-N QCD. I will also show how gravity can be used to probe these theories through the gravitational anomaly, and identify a universal scale at which states with spin J≥4 must appear in the UV completions
