• Update of the work plan

Status of the tasks

Task 4.1

• still a problem with the VOMs at Napoli, testing alternative at CNAF, looking for alternatives
• Registration of new certificates still a problem
• full setup at the Grid still pending and moving to Rucio is slow, 1 person in DPDQ to test workflow ()
• SLA with Nikhef is needed for Rucio server, will not be run on Kybernetes
• Need to find follow-up of persons for future implementation, will contribute documentation
• Investigation with EGI for maintenance of Dirac

Task 4.2

• New person to start in ACME, will work on ANTARES legacy integration -> have a common look at data ingestion with Task 4.1 & structuring

Task 4.3

• Discussed alert format at Town Hall meeting and follow-up campaign on alerts
• Alert sending with ORCA: selecting HE events difficult, work in progress; start working on ARCA again when back (data missing)
• Alert  content: GCN has validated it, currently documentation written
• GCN review: https://git.km3net.de/open-data/osc/-/issues/3

General issues

• Comp/Soft presentation at STAC & general management
• Looking for new dates for Infradev2 meeting before summer
