This is the application form for the UK Teacher Programme 2026, which will take place from 17 to 21 February 2026 at CERN.
All applications received by Monday, 15 December 2025 will be reviewed and evaluated. Decision e-mails will be sent out shortly thereafter. Please do not make any firm commitments, such as flight tickets or hotel bookings, based on submitting this application form.
