P349 Safety Discussion

P349 team will visit CERN on the 8th May to present at the CSAP meeting.

Required to be added to the safety file:
Datasheet for windows / material
Datasheet for safety valves

First step is to register Hydrogen with CERES.

this will start the safety process, then the next step will be with Henrik for the Safety File. If a hydrogen sensor is required, the contact would be Nicola Broca.

Actions:
Evelyne - to check about limit on amount of gas in bottle inside zone.

Laurie
- check with MME about welding the exhaust pipe
- check planning with Aboubakr about date of scaffolding installation. Make schedule for everyone and share
- check with Antti if CLOUD have a technical run before P349

Dieter
- register hydrogen equipment with CERES
- upload safety file to EDMS
