* Sara's JetTagger: adding missing dependencies, tests, input file for tests
* podio: add possibility to write generic collection merger (e.g.), some algorithm to take any kind of input
* Extracted tracking parts to k4reco library PR open
* Integrating GaudiConformalTracking into CLDConfig

### Mateusz

* RandomNumberGenerators in FCC
    * Using GaudiRandomService places in FCC code
* MetaData service
    * metaDataHandle: cannot write during execution
    * not a check in the service to prevent this
        * Service implementation is a mess though, makes it hard to fix
    * Service can be used in error prone way, if two algorithms read and write during initialisation
