1. Review the minutes of the 1st meeting (Kick-Off)

• HUBs should assess and report their own engineering resources as well as those available in regional institutes.
• We should aim to have one paragraph per regional center indicating the present and the forecasted resources
  (Have already received feedback from 2 regions)

1. ASIC Design & Verification support  
2. Technology maintenance and support (PDKs, IP blocks, Methodologies)
3. Foundry access services (legal frameworks, commercial contracts)
4. Administrative, financial  and logistics support

1. Engineering (design & verification, PDKs, IP blocks, etc)
2. Technical (logistics for wafer/die parts)
3. Administrative (Purchase Orders, controlled access, design delivery documents, export control, design delivery documents)
