911 new doors -On-site visit with EN-ACE, SCE and Integration

Meeting 02/04/2025: Creation of the new lorry and personnel door 

• ECR: EDMS3173295
• SCE drawings: attached (responsible: Guillaume)
• CATIA reference:  ST1906031_01 (responsible: Bea)
• Dimensions of SCE aren’t the same as the ones in the BE-EA integration model
• New measurements were taken on site and the SCE measurements were accepted.
• [Action Bea]: incorporate the agreed measurements into the model
• The outside road is on a slope meaning that on the left part of the door there will be a 30cm difference with respect to the floor inside the building.
• During the last CE meeting it was agreed that a  provisional material will be placed there until the new road is going to be installed
• EN-ACE team mentioned that this solution has to be studied with EN-HE (not present in the meeting) because of the carrying of the door when installation.
• [Action Guillaume]: create a detail of the proposed solution by SCE and ask for EN-HE validation of the proposed solution.
• Colour of the door: it should be the same as the rest of the doors in the NA.
• [Action Guillaume]: Check the planned colour for the doors of the rest of the buildings.
• Control pannels:
• The personnel door will have the badge access box in the outside
• The lorry door will have the control box in the inside 911. More precisely, it was agreed that it will be located in the wall of the old lorry door.
• [Action Bea]: Integrate the position of the boxes
• Foundations for the door:
• The doors will be installed attaching the frames to the wall from the ourside.
• To avoid the installation of metallic plates, bellow the pillars of the lorry door, CE will add concrete supports.
• [Action Guillaume]: Add this to the final study of the SCE works.

• Caniveau:
• As the road has a slope, there will be a water collection slab next to the door.
• [Action Guillaume]: Add it to the CE study.
• Personnel door:
• It doesn’t have to be a fire door
• The height was agreed to be 2100mm instead of 2000 that was integrated
• [Action Yannick]: send the model of the door to Bea and Guillaume to have the final drawings.
• [Action Bea and Guillaume]: Ones they get the model from Yannick, to incorporate it.

• Lorry door:
• Dimensions are agreed to be the ones in the ECR.
• The opening of SCE will be the dimensions of the access area. The door installed by EN-ACE will be 5cm bigger in each side to clad it to the wall of the building.
• [Action Nicolas]: To share the model with Bea and Guillaume.
• [Action Bea and Guillaume]: Ones they get the model from Yannick, to incorporate it.
• Schedule:
• In 2 weeks time (for week ): SCE will have the new detail drawings (with the drainage and the access slope) for EN-HE validation.
• Installation of the door middle of July. (They need 8 weeks from the signing with the company)
