Outreach

Collectors
- Missing Kafka input/output plugin (A: Andy Lake)
- Meeting with GEANT took place, was very positive, they're arranging VM in Frankfurt (our contact is Daniela Brauner from RE team)
- We agreed to follow up with monthly meetings
- UK collector should be back as well
Registry & Domain
- Meeting with Karl on migration of the domain and services to Internet2
- We agreed to finalize this before mid July when the current registration expires
- API services will be hosted on AWS (API services for WLCG will continue to work from https://scitags.docs.cern.ch/api.json)
- We also discussed possiblity to create collector.scitags.org that would redirect based on geo-location of the client to a us/eu/uk collector
Dashboards
- Following CMS xrootd configuration campaign we now have some sites sending fireflies but not showing up in the dashboard (CNAF, RAL)
- This is due to missing site mapping - needs an update on the site mappings
- Deploying OpenSearch at CERN to be able to work on the site dashboard
- Plan to look at adding site mappings from WLCG CRIC (could benefit also R&E collectors/dashboards)
dCache
- Support for Scitags released in 10.2.12 (https://github.com/dCache/dcache/releases/tag/10.2.12)
- This contains full implementation - including usage and storage access statistics
- AGLT2 will deploy and test
EOS (CERN)
- Requested to change the configuration, so that we start tracking flows not coming from FTS/Rucio (fallback mechanism based on directory access)
- This has been deployed and works fine (all flows coming from CERN EOS are now marked via fireflies)
flowd-go
- Packaging in koji done - next step would be to deploy and test (maybe at CNAF ? or at QM)
