Deployed latest jenkins release on spi, cvmfs, root jenkins instances
- Solved issue where one could copy agent information from an existing agent
  - Not really affecting us, since there are no secrets in the agent configs
- Some issues with plugins that we don't ues
- also all the plugins updated

macos 15 clang17: how long does it take to fix the packages?
- No estimate
New datasets, fairly big (50 GB), can be published in one go?
- Maybe split into multiple publications

* storage migration on stratum 1 backend slowing down replication to clients
