Geant4

The platform I think we should try to builds are similar to what we have in /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/views/LCG_106a_geant4ext20241128 and .../LCG_106a_geant4ext20241128-qt6:

• alma9: gcc11-14, plus the new gcc15
• mac: we dropped mac12, but still are testing for mac13(arm), mac14(arm) and mac15arm; mac15arm now uses clang17.
• ubuntu: unchanged

The major changes thus are gcc15 for alma9 and clang17 on mac15arm.

For the packages, VecGeom using the new v2.0.0-rc.4, and for root we should use a version containing a fix for mac{14.15}arm tested end on 28-Jan-25 in dev3 by me, the issue was with -isysroot, from root configuration looking for a non existent directory. For hdf5 we should stick to the version we have in LCG_106a_geant4ext20241128, the newer version gave problems last time; Ivana could not reproduce these...
