UPDATE:

First winding trial performed (1-turn) during the meeting. See attached photos
In general, the test looks good and the general feeling from the team is very positive. It seems possible to wind the gentle flared geometry (10 degrees angle) without the additional axis in the winding machine
It would be interesting however to repeat the test with a clamping system and preferably with the rectangular cable

ACTION ITEMS:

We relaunched the request for the Cu-cable
We will try to define a detailed winding test plan with the number of tests to be performed, the objectives and preliminary dates
