      Targets, Schedule and Physics 10m
Speakers: Hanne Heylen (CERN), Isabel Frank (CERN), Matthias Alexander Grasser, Simon Thomas Stegemann (CERN)

      Physics

      • On HRS, the WISArD experiment used a 32Ar beam to study beta-delayed proton emission, aiming for precision measurements of the weak interaction in the search for physics beyond the Standard Model. The experiment faced challenges on multiple fronts and will likely achieve approximately only one third of the originally hoped statistics (to do as well as last year)
      • ISOLTRAP has safety clearance already, ready to start whenever they get beam :-)

      Schedule

      Current status

      • No parallel GLM/IDS operation beginning of May
      • No IS715/LOI281 on GLM in May but IS715 continues on LA1
      • No Cd beam time in june
