the scintillators would be EJ-200 material (say 2x80x80cm) from SCIONIX, while
the WLS rod would be EJ-280 material (say 1.5x1.5x85cm) again from SCIONIX.

Our smaller scintillators where about 800 CHF, so you should probably expect
2500-3000 CHF per scintillator and I'd say we need at least two.

The PMTs we would probably use is Hamamatsu H11934-300 which used to cost 1.5
kCHf per PMT (we would need two).

roughly 10k CHF would be expected for two PMTs and the Scintillators

Other electronics are to be confirmed.
