- Assess progress and identify emerging needs in EOSC-related skills development and training, focusing on researchers, data stewards, and research support staff.
- Showcase effective practices, tools, platforms, and competence centres that enable scalable and sustainable skills development, including training programs embedded in academic contexts.
- Explore alignment and collaboration opportunities across European skills initiatives and identify strategic gaps for enhanced cooperation among research infrastructures, higher education institutions, and EOSC-related projects in the context of an evolving EOSC Federation.
