The Scheduling Tools Project supports the organisation and scheduling of the programmed stops of the LHC and its injectors comprising installation of thew equipment, upgrade, consolidation and maintenance campaigns. This presentation is tracing the history of the project, from its origins as a response to growing scheduling complexity, to the development of robust in-house software solutions.

A particular focus is given to the Linear Planning Web Interface, which provides an interactive and intuitive visualisation of planning data extracted from MS Project files. In parallel, the presentation also addresses the opportunities to expand the project CERN-wide, aiming to support broader coordination needs.

Fieldwire is a Hilti construction management software particularly useful to streamline communication, task management and document sharing on worksites. It’s friendly user-interface, available on both on the browser or on a mobile app, enables teams to collaborate efficiently by providing real-time access to drawings, issues, tasks,…

The tool has been already deployed for the EN-CV WSSs of HL-LHC with positive feedback.
