CB25 : last finding from IHEP on issue of coil insulation was discussed following loss of EE16 voltage tap. The coil circuit is open to 270 kOhms and there is no possibility to repair. IHEP send CERN update draft NC for today circulation and decision to scrap it. AF asked for further autopsy to cut section and investigate neat connection box and state of leads
CB27 VPI is finished with correct parameters, pending insulation level this week.
CB26 reached at cold 472A after 55 quenches where IHEP noticed a change in the discharge voltage shape. after investigation the coil got shorted to Dewar. The coil is being warmed up now and AF asked some update of the investigation this week especially to understand the root cause, either from fabrication or QA test step or from the cold test in cryostat procedure.
