CHANGE: THE MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE FULLY ONLINE

 

Two months into the mentoring journey, we invite all mentors to join us for an informal check-in and exchange session. This gathering is designed to:

• Reflect on your mentoring experiences so far

• Share challenges, strategies, or interesting moments

• Connect with other mentors across the CERN community

The session will begin with a short presentation on:

• Key takeaways from the Inclusive Research Cultures Through Mentorship: a Practitioner–Researcher Dialogue conference, where we presented Mentoring@CERN

• Common themes and differences among mentoring programmes across Europe

• New ideas we’re exploring for the next edition of Mentoring@CERN
