    Cumulative CPU time used by FCC VO in last 4 quarters

    * Omega wrapper is running to generate optimal observables calculated by OMega. Signal Sample template weights calculated for various values of the couplings. Working on control plots, EFT parametrisation. And then comes the fit.

    * building new nightlies with
        *  new ROOT
        *  Python 3.13
        *  changes from spack
        *  enabled LTO / IPO for a number of packages

    * GaudiTrkUtils
        * Issue with negative degrees of freedom, and differences between Gaudi and MarlinTrk

    * Fix DDSimpleMuonDigi to use encoding string from collection

    * Will try to write documentation how to write algorithm
    * Check tutorials
    * C++ detector idiom to check if something has a member used in podio (under `det::`), will replace this by concepts

    * Working on DDGaudiPandora porting, little bit of progress for DDTrackCreatorBase, need changes in GaudiTrkUtils to use TrackerHit (interface)
