Abstract:

The symmetry breaking of SU(6) GUT model is presented. It is shown that the two steps of breaking is realized by the Scherk-Schwartz mechanism followed by the little Higgs. The little Higgs is generated dynamically through the first breaking of SU(6) to color SU(3) and hypercharge SU(3). The scenario provides a strong candidate of SU(6) breaking into the standard model, and also the origin of little higgs from GUT physics as well.
