Abstract:
The top quark plays a special role in many beyond the Standard Model theories of electroweak and strong interactions. It is for this reason that it is important to search for sign of new physics in processes that contain top quarks as part of their final state. In this talk, searches for resonances decaying in top quark pairs, new heavy bottom-like quarks decaying to top quarks, and flavor changing neutral corrects in the top quark decay are presented. Particular emphasis is done in the use of new analysis techniques that makes possible to search for new physics in boosted decaying top quarks.
