Dear TIB members,

We are planning LS3 activities for the Tracker project, as we will discuss next week in Colmar. It would be helpful for us to have the following information from institute representatives:

* how many people your institute plans on sending to CERN

* the duration of their stays

* if they have particular expertise or interests

* how their stay at CERN is planned to be supported
