- Will close registration on 5-09

- Todd provided menu of possible HTC team talks (see below)

- The e-mail list is munching some of the sender adresses Vanessa is looking into it (should be fixed now)

- Alex will add the social events places and times to the INDICO

- We should all bully some specific people amongst others about showing their sched policies

- Some ideas for sessions included:
    - LHC IV and it's implications
    - pain with upgrades
    - management of very large pools e.g. CMS pool

- Intro and outro of session blocks by Myron

- Todd will reach out for ATLAS and CMS people, christoph for gravitational wave people

- Todd puts a banner on the HTC webpage

- Chris formulates new e-mail and sends it out to the usual list

- Christoph will collect previous participants e-mails and address those more explicitly

- Next meeting 28th of august I WILL NOT MAKE IT PROBABLY - WILL BE ON A SHORT HOLIDAY BREAK

- Will send invitation and put INDICO page online asap though
