Andres Gomez, 'Turn-by-turn analysis for SuperKEKB'

Using SOMA: SuperKEKB Optics Measurement Analysis package.

Skew octupolar RDT clearly visible in the HER spectrum by comparing measurements and SAD simulations. Measurements are from IR studies, possibly squeezed but tbc. Model is the standard one extracted from server, which typically does not include cancel coil polarity error. Plans to use Xsuite to be investigated. Plans to visit in November for about 2 weeks to do further optics measurements including noise reduction and scaling to FCCee.

Mael comments that the f1012 cannot be measured from the horizontal spectrum as it would be confused with the linear coupling line. In the vertical spectrum the line appears near 0.1 as a small bump over the noise.

Jack mentions that the conversion between SAD ans Xsuite needs rematching to recover basic optics parameters. Work ongoing to make this more automatic. Default lattice used so far is from June 2024 (squeezed optics).

Christian Goffing, BBA for SuperKEKB based on measurements during 2024ab run

Different BBA methods applied to SuperKEKB data. Hard to tell reproducibility as not enough data. In general methods show large discrepancies. Plan is to take data for selected good BPMs.
