Description

Panel discussion

Ask all the questions you've ever had about job hunting in HEP. Our panellists will share their experiences.

  • Pippa Wells (deputy director for research and computing at CERN)
  • Jan Fiete Grosse-Oetringhaus (chairperson of the CERN EP Research Fellows committee)
  • Alberto Escalante (faculty, Madrid) -- remote
  • Ezra D. Lesser (research fellow at CERN)
  • Silvia Pisano (Alice deputy run coordinator, coordinator of the nuclear physics group at the INFN LNF)

If you want to attend, please register on indico. We will share further details about the panellists and how to submit questions closer to the event with all registered participants. This event is not limited to members of the LHC experiments.

This is a hybrid event. In-person and Zoom attendance and questions are possible. If you are at CERN, please consider coming to the room.

We invite you to submit questions in advance using Slido (link). The Slido is closed now. You can upvote and downvote questions from others, too. There will be an 'open mic' in addition to the Slido questions.
