      Trench services re-routing
      - time required and associated impact
      - constrains in terms of resources
      - tests
Other dismantling activities to be foreseen
If available: installations to be foreseen and associated duration

Speakers: Eva Cano Gonzalez (CERN), Guillaume Gros (CERN), Ming Dao Liu

      911 trench phase 1:

[Action 1] (X. Palle): Add the need dates of the secure network cable pulling to the NA Run planning.

      911 trench phase 2:

      ·     -  Cable pulling in the trench can be done at any time, it will not affect not the surface or the underground.

      ·      -  The load swap between the existing trench and the new:

o    No access to the underground

o    Critical services like ventilation are impacted by these cables

      ·       -   AUG cable pulling has a part that it's in the underground, it doesn't go through the trench

o    During cable pulling, no access to the underground

o    After the cable pulling an AUG test will be needed, it can correspond to the yearly test (to be arranged)

      Cabling requests:

      -          - 5 cables missing in the cabling request -> are there obsolete?

o   [Action 2] (E. Cano): to check if these cables are in the obsolete cable list

      ·         - SY-BI cables for HI-ECN3 are missing

      ·         - The presented requests need to be revaluated if they need to be done in LS3 or they can be postponed.

      TCC8 bridge crane installation (10+10) (Confirmed) 20m

Dismantling duration, sequence and restrictions for co-activity
Installation duration, sequence and restrictions for co-activity

      Speaker: Cristina Duran Gutierrez

      ·         The crane replacement planning was presented:

o   No access to the underground during the crane replacement

o   The existing crane has to be used until step 5 (Dismantling of the existing crane)

o   They are flexible in the intervention period. But the new crane has to be used for the dismantling of the upstream of TCC8.

      ·         (slide 11) Removal of equipment before the intervention

o   The separation of the blue door: to be checked if the full door has to be removed or only the top part.

o   The fans in the blue door will be compromised:

§  [Action 3] (_____): to check if additional ventilation systems are required for TCC8.

o   [Action C. Duran + R. Rinaldesi]: check with the contractor the equipment that need to be removed or protected before the intervention

      ·         Obsolete crane disposal.

      o   Assumed to be non-radioactive

o   There is the possibility to cut it directly in the underground and bring it cut to the overground

      ·         Storage space overground:

o   For the moment, 2 weeks of storage of the new crane can be foreseen, but it’s not confirmed yet.

o   As soon as the new crane arrives they will transported to the underground
