WP Structure

• A canvas has been shared containing updated work package (WP) content.
• WP3 requires discussion with CERN next week.
• WP4 is led by Erik Bründermann [EB] from KIT.
• WP5 leadership has been proposed by ES-DONES [PMM]; update: accepted.
• [MM] highlighted the importance of interfaces between WP5 and WP2, emphasizing that these should be addressed through specific tasks.
• [AG] added that this applies across all work packages. One-on-one meetings between WP leaders are necessary to define interfaces via specific tasks.

Planning

• WP description inputs are urgently needed to define the budget and begin drafting Part B.
• The project is already behind schedule.

Administration

• All participants are requested to enter administrative contact details in the shared Excel sheet.

Workshop

• The upcoming workshop will be held in Paris on August 4th.
• It will be a full-day event starting at 9:00 AM and ending with a group dinner.
• Further details and the Indico page will be shared soon.

Other News

• We welcome a new partner: ES-DONES.
• [AG]: A meeting with AI Factories France will take place on Friday, July 25th.
• [EB]: A meeting with the German EuroHPC counterpart is scheduled for next Monday.
