A few notes from the meeting:

The Teachers training will have 2 activities in parallel, one from Kenneth (particle physics, detectors) and one from Mirjana (astrophysics). Funmi showed the program of Kenneth. We need to see the program of Mirjana.
Kenneth, Funmi, Kate et al should develop the agenda of the activities on September 20 in Indico.
The room capacity for the ATLAS open data training is over 100 persons equipped with a desktop person.
The LOC has sent the devis (cost estimates) meanwhile
The scientific agenda is almost complete: only 2 talks remain to be defined: the opening talk (Prof. N. Hounkonnou will send abstract) and a talk in materials physics (Stephen is looking for a speaker from Ghana).
The LOC sent the details of the Welcome ceremony (September 15), to be transferred into Indico.
Funmi reported that not many people submitted the recording of poster presentations. She will organize a meeting with the concerned individuals.
People staying in hotels should arrange their airport transfers through their hotels. For the people staying at University Residence, the LOC will arrange a taxi service, but they need the arrival / departure details of the individuals staying at the University Residence.
IOC should provide the list of arrivals / departures and dietary restrictions.
Registration fees will cover the welcome reception, coffee breaks and conference dinners. Lunches and other dinners and local costs are at the expenses of the participants unless prior arrangements were made with the IOC for certain participants.

    LOC has reached out to the local authorities for support. The program will be designed accordingly.
    
    The Agenda is the near-final version. We will have half of the teachers follow the Astronomy track and half follow the Electric Circuits track.
    
    The Google form is a follow-up questionnaire for teachers to be filled out after they have implemented something they learned in their classroom. The author tried to keep it simple and short so that teachers can fill it out on their mobile phones without using too many minutes.
