Logistics

1. We reviewed the devis (cost estimates) for the coffee breaks, the reception on Sunday, Sept. 14, and the dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 17, received from Prof. Amou

2. Registration fees will cover the welcome reception, coffee breaks, and conference dinners.
   Lunches, other dinners, and local costs are at the expense of the participants, except for the students covered by ASP

3. For the excursion, we requested two university buses, to be confirmed by Prof. Amou by the end of this month, August 31.

Physics outreach, training, engagements

1. Kenneth and Mirjana have developed their agenda for the teacher training on September 20.

2. Prof. Amou will create a WhatsApp group chat for the high school teachers to communicate useful information and materials.

3. Christine is willing to do the French translation for the high school teachers

The scientific program and invited talks / speakers

1. The scientific agenda is almost complete: only one talk remains to be defined—the opening talk (Prof. N. Hounkonnou will send an abstract).

2. For the poster recordings, we extended the deadline to August 31. All abstracts for which we do not receive recordings will be dropped from the scientific agenda.

3. The LOC has also sent the details for the Welcome Ceremony on September 15, and we have already uploaded this information to Indico.
