Technical Discussion:
* Control system: AWAKE will need a control system for the Run 2c vapor source. The Run 2c vapor source system will combine the Run 1 and Run 2b vapor sources with an additional injection region connecting the two. No entirely new systems are expected, but the overall setup will be more complex.
* Safety: Risks remain the same as before; therefore, the required safety features are expected to be similar. No new risks are anticipated.
* BE-CEM: The timing input for switching off the electrical heaters before the beams arrive will need upgrading due to the transition to White Rabbit timing. → **Action**: Marlene to organize a separate meeting with Mickael Azevedo on AWAKE diagnostics.

Planning:
* Experiments are foreseen to start in 2029, with installation of the source system planned for the end of 2027. Installation and commissioning may be staged.
* Work for developing the control system is expected to take several months, with support also required during commissioning. Work effort should therefore begin by approximately mid-2027. Hardware procurement will also require several months.
**Action**: Marlene and Edda to provide a  timeline, including uncertainties.

Resources:
* Resources for this work are currently neither available nor foreseen.
* Hiring a GRAD may not be sufficient, as supervision personpower is also lacking.
**Action**: Enrique and Edda to discuss with CERN management.

**Final Note**
The collaboration has been very successful in the past, and enthusiasm about continuing the work together is expressed.
