To register for the course you must obtain an Indico account,
Registration is moderated. Once you preregistration is approved, we ask you to arrange payment as required.
The method of payment depends whether you are affiliated to a CERN experiment, department or project that can make an internal payment.
CERN participants:
Please provide the department training code or specific budget code / team account or rebilling code. Do NOT pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Non-CERN participants
Payment by bank transfer or by credit card are provided.

NOTE :These payment methods (bank, credit card) are only for those unable to make a CERN internal payment.
After you pay, we can provide a payment receipt. In most cases this should be enough to enable you to be reimbursed (please check with your institution).
If your institution cannot reimburse you, you may require an invoice. If so do NOT proceed to payment. You must check with your institution and provide the information needed ( the name of person at your institution, and their address) by email us this information to geant4-training@cern.ch.
NOTE: If you pay by bank transfer to ensure it reaches us please include the following information:
- Budget code 34898, (our course)
- Your Name (so we know it was from you),
and, if possible, add "Geant4 Course".
The final confirmation of your registration will be provided once your payment has been received.
