Overview: In light of the sizable discrepancies in B flavor physics independent cross check has become invaluable. In this talk I will discuss newly discovered sum rules obtained based on heavy quark symmetry. These relations exactly hold in the heavy quark mass limit. They connect various b->c mesonic and baryonic decays and allow consistency check of experimental results. In reality the heavy quark does not have infinite mass and hence the heavy quark limit is broken. The breaking of the sum rule and comparison with the experiential data is shown. Also, experimental implications, proposals and requests will be discussed.
