@jean-louis.grenard@cern.ch : we are using a 2020 version of Revit, so we couldn’t open the file as it’s on a latest version. Please, if you can send us a STEP file or SDW format it will be helpful.

• First review of Functional Analysis è CERN PM confirmed that the methods and the format used by BNF are consistent with CERN functional Analysis. Regarding the option of studying different options and do comparison, an alert of initial planning impact has been raised. Topic to be confirmed with @Naulleau, Annabelle (Bilfinger) and @jean-louis.grenard@cern.ch.
• The issue of Functional analysis can provide or modify the solutions expected by CERN’s conceptual design è new or out scope elements need to be discussed by the issuance of functional analysis. Action to be confirmed by @Naulleau, Annabelle (Bilfinger) and @jean-louis.grenard@cern.ch.
  

CERN Comments :

• Answer CERN comments on LDA and LDE documents (request to use a template referring to BNF, add quality references, titles of the document, clear table, and showing the document revision,… etc) è Action @Naulleau, Annabelle (Bilfinger) : please, if you could provide LDA and LDE with BNF template and the suitable revision.
• CERN ask to add their responds “DO” during offer phase to the LDA (input data) è @Naulleau, Annabelle (Bilfinger) : is-it of to add this element to the LDA.
