Minutes : 

 

• Bil explained we'll deliver all the lasting documentations on december the 22th :
• final 3D model
• final report
   
• Bil will deliver on january the following elements : 
  • CERN will tell us what they want to see on this video
• 3D video 
• cost estimation and estimative duration of the construction
   
• Bil reports to CERN the last meeting we had with Hilti.
• result : the free area reserved for the cutting machine, should be ok. 

  

   
• CERN reports to Bil the last meeting they had with Ingerop about the CE concerns and their questions :  
  • NEW ELEMENT since Iceda : the study done for Iceda doesn't still accepted by the authorities. They consider the operator zone is inside the fire zone. 
  • precisely defined on the final report
     
• fire resistance of the telemanupilators penetrations ? 
• telepanipulators maintenance : ok for the space needed and available into the operators zone, 2 telemanipulators should be 
• add for open points chapter : how to fix the table, the waste...
