Introducing Gaëlle EVENISSE on PM side

 

Minutes : 

 

• Bruno informs that Gaëlle will take part in the project as PM. Bruno will be out of Bilfinger at the end of january. Bruno and Gaëlle will act together until end of January to ensure the quality of the project and to minimise the impact of the change.
   
• Financial estimation : in progress by Sarah and Thomas
   
• CERN provided on january the 13th a synthetic document with questions about our different deliverable documents and study.
• Depending on the questions, it's possible some extra studies will be necessery to answer. In this case, Bilfinger will alert, and should not provide the answer directly.
• ToDo : Bilfinger will read this document and prepare the answers for next week.

• CERN informs that the functional analysis seem not be already transmitted except as a draft.
• Verification : Bilfinger transmitted the official A version on november the 24^th by mail.
•  
• CERN request bilfinger to obtain source documents for the 3d model, to make the integration in their master model more easy. it's difficult with the STEP files to integrate in Catia.
• ok for Bilfinger, the solidworks source model will be provided (done on january the 15^th by Gaëlle, link available until friday the 29th).

• Note : all the different configurations are in one assembly file.

• Info : Ingerop provided to CERN a general integration note of the cell in the main building

 

• Bilfinger has to propose a shedule for the wrapUp meeting (on CERN site) in the first part of February (S07 ou S08; (before february holidays --> Swiss : 21 au 01 mars / France : 07 au 23 février)
• we should include Thomas Ertl and Sarah, for the financial part and the next step study.
