  • Wrap-up 17/02/2026
    • The agenda proposed by Jean-Louis (email 30/01/26) was discussed internally and is convenient for us. I have a meeting with Thomas tomorrow, he already planned his trip, but we will discuss his availability and I will come back to you.

  • CERN Feedback Review – Responses and Resolutions BNF
    • To clarify the aspect page 14 about noise and machinery hazard (requested during meeting + email 02/02/26) => We have updated the answer and we will send you a rev B of this document.
    • CERN confirmed by email (02/02/2026) our answers were sufficient and that no more question will be send at this step of the study => we have started to proceed to the update of the deliverables (technical note + final report).

 

  • Final report additional update
    • To develop and specify the dynamic confinement and shielding requirement analysis in the report => The final report is currently being updated with this point and my previous comment on CERN feedback.

 

  • Cost study
    • CERN requested to received the final cost study before the warp-up.
    • The analysis is still on-going with our colleagues in Germany, and we are planning on sending it to you before the wrap-up.

 

  • Weekly meeting W06 and W07:
    • Tomorrow’s meeting is cancelled, but BNF can be available on Friday is necessary.
    • For next week, is Thursday 12/02/26 at 2 PM still convenient on your side ?
