RPC cavern access on 17/09 [e-log]

• ADC board A3801 located in Y_2904_X7_C2/H1/br02/crate0/slot08, which got stuck several times in the past weeks and always got recovered via power-cycle or remote reset, has been replaced with a spare one.
• Vpad board A3025B in Y_3605_X8_C1/H1/br03/crate1/slot00, which went unplugged on Sep 10 but was still supplying the proper voltages, has been recovered via remote crate reset.

Updates on DAQ RPCRODRXModule

• IS only instantaneous rates from RPC-Trigger towers for three different PT configuration (global rate, PT_HIGH rate and PT6 rate) instead of nine values (rates for each single PT threshold). This will reduce the duty cycle time of RPC Trigger rates publication by a factor 3. [e-log]
• IS rates equal to zero also for non sampled rates, compliant with RPC DCS panel that read-out rates from DDC [e-log]
