Jenkins

• installing java 21 on build nodes
  • cvmfs, lxplus
• Then change startup script to use it if available.
• Once build nodes are all on 21, we can update the master nodes

• unpacked causing issues for all of stratum 1
  • Jenkins issue, and then adding EIC images
  • had to pause publishing unpacked
• Directly using stratum 0 instead of stratum 1
• Maybe have to change policy, having experiments use their own repos for containers
