- With Noemi, work on the seeding code: special cases with division by zero - improvement for the seeding, not a huge impact on the performance expected
- Clusterization in ACTS discussion - Goetz: geometric digitasition while running simulations in examples: clusters intersecting with another pathgrid -> duplicate cells to the connected component labeling was the culprit - merging does not handle duplicated cells - solved during the weekend
- Another clustering algorithm from Goetz, and another PR for clustering with time from Daniel (duplicate cell info with different time stamps?)
Neza:
- Fixed conversion of space points
- Track reco in traccc standalone: finder is good - fitter not - NaN values cause many tracks to fail, and close to 0 parameters causes extrapolator to fail - which might be the culprit of the efficiency loss
Benjamin:
- QP work - extrapolation in calo for e tracks: changed the workflow of legacy alg so it can ACTS (seeds? tracks?) can be used
- Looked into GSF tools in acts - some bugs
- Planning to work on already existing calorimeter gen3 geometry for extrapolation with acts tools
