It seems to be a projection problem for the surfaces the navigator is supposed to access from the grid.
At the moment it is a slow grid so need to work on the improvement the time.

Facing Madgraph issues, will not create a patch but fork it to fix the issue to make it work for out case
Discussions with PF for the Itk Seeding seeing bad behvarior from the fit especially in the strip. Maybe an issue by starting from the 1st measurement, the uncertainties might be inflated from noise

G100, G130, C00 and C000 and G50, G80 comparison for the tracking efficiency
traccc finding and ACTS fitting tracking efficiency looks reduced on G205 where what is observed is sometimes ACTS fitting fails.
This is not though with traccc latest, will try again after Joanna's fixes
