Neutral B meson mixing is a fascinating phenomenon by which matter
changes spontaneously into anti-matter, and vice versa. Being a loop
process in the Standard Model it is very sensitive to contributions
from unknown physics at the TeV scale. I will present LHCb's most
recent results on observables that characterise Bs mixing, most notably
the measurement of time-dependent CP violation in Bs->J/psi phi and
Bs->J/psi f0 decays.
