        Katy was at CERN tape jamboree last week, on holiday the week before, and was RR meeting the week before.

        Generally good performance and test results for CMS during that period.

        Operational issues:

        • Problems with user access jobs yesterday
          • ~20% failure rate for one particular user, seems to be caused by 2019 SNs re-weighting, see GSTSM-644.
        • Squids are not accessible via IPv6 from RAL WNs
          • ACL fix is needed, i am preparing a sandbox
        • ECHO gateways overload last Wednesday and Thursday
          • Seems to be caused by Atlas jobs running at Oxford and RHUL and accessing data directly from ECHO (rather than going via local xcaches)
          • Vip confirmed xcache problems at Oxrofrd arond the time of the overload
        • Network problems at RAL last Friday
          • Minor impact on LHCb, a few failed uploads from outside RAL to ECHO
