Following the contract for B777 being signed and works about to start on site, we would like to arrange a meeting to discuss the internal organisation for document review.

Reminder of your role as a reviewer
Basic guide to using Aconex
Expected timeframes

Then we would like to have a discussion with you to agree:

Frequency of site visits and meetings
Groups to divide into for visits/meetings
Any other thoughts you have on the internal organisation for this project
