  1. Roberta and Maja reported on the preparations for the meeting see slides for details.
  2. We discussed publishing the CPOD proceedings again and concluded that we should do so. This is particularly important for the early-career researchers who participated in the meeting.
  3. The conference fee will be increased to CHF 210 to cover the cost of the prize for the proceedings.
  4. Sponsors:
    • EMMI 3k EURO. 
    • Are there any leftovers from CPOD2024? Maja contacts Nu Xu.
    • FIRUZA Foundation: Anar and Tetyana will handle the application process.
  5. Change time of the meeting to 15 (Europe/Berlin) to accommodate better various timezones.

 

Action items:

  1. Roberta and Maja announce the registration opening and abstract submission
  2. Tetyana sends terminplanner for the next meeting on Plenary Speakers selection
  3. Time slot of the meeting is decided 
  4. Everyone sends the Names of possible invited speakers to Maja, Roberta and Tetyana

      Contributed talks: 8 (Mon) + 8 (Tue) + 8 (Wed) + 16 (Thu) = 40

      If we extend duration of talks (invited 30+10; contributed 25+5) then we would have:
