Full participation in HEPiX workshops is only possible in person.
HEPiX workshops are designed to promote the exchange of experiences and ideas within our community. The informal discussions during breaks are an essential part of this interaction. To gain the most from the event, we strongly encourage all participants to attend in person for the full duration of the workshop.
Depending on demand and the technical capabilities of the venue, limited live streaming of sessions may be offered on a best-effort basis. If available, details will be communicated in due course. Please note, however, that streaming is not guaranteed, and remote participation in discussions will not be possible. Furthermore, no recording of the sessions will be provided.
