The Upgrade II of the LHCb experiment is proposed for the long shutdown 4 of the LHC. The upgraded detector will operate at a maximum luminosity of 1.0×1034 cm-2s-1, with the aim of reaching a total integrated luminosity of 300 fb-1 over the lifetime of the HL-LHC. The collected data will allow the full exploitation of the flavour physics capabilities of the HL-LHC, probing a wide range of physics observables with unprecedented accuracy.

The meeting will be held at LLR,  Palaiseau (south of Paris) on the campus of the Ecole Polytechnique, starting at 11:00 on Wednesday 11 March 2026 and finishing at 16:00 on Friday 13 March 2026 (Arago lecture theatre).  Registration closes on February, 11th.
