Description

The 9th EIROforum School on Instrumentation (ESI 2026) will take place from 1 - 5 June 2026 and will be hosted by ILL/EMBL.

ESI, organised by the EIROforum Instrumentation Working Group, aims at teaching basic principles of instrumentation to young researchers, scientists and engineers. The highlight topic of ESI 2026 will be the role of AI in large-scale scientific research: when to use it (and how) and when it should be avoided (and why)
