      Daniel will show the currently available floor plans for each building, then we need to agree on what drawing do we want to use for each area.
      In addition, do we want to additionally mark "permanently occupied" areas (evolving each week)?

      Deciding on the granularity of space allocation 20m

      How do we divide the URs, ULs and UAs as well as the US, PM, SD and SHM?
      Any other areas that are important to us?

      Deciding on the categorization of works 20m

      How are we going to categorize the type of work (cable pulling, mechanical work, electrical work, transport), their needs (using a scaffolding, need of storage area) and the respective group in charge (cryogenics, EN-EL, etc.)?

    • 11:50 → 12:10
      Review of Power BI tool and discussion about procedure 20m

      Daniel will present the tool developed, then we need to discuss pros and cons of the approaches available and decide which one to follow.
