The next ISRS Collaboration meeting and Physics Workshop will take place next 24 and 25 November by ZOOM. The aim of the meeting is to present and discuss the status of the ISRS R&D project and the scientific program, including complementary instrumentation.
The meeting is organised as follows:
24 November: ISRS Collaboration meeting. The status of the ISRS R&D program will be presented, followed by the SAC meeting, and the General Collaboration meeting.
25 November: ISRS Physics workshop. The objective is to update the ISRS Physics program and complementary instrumentation. We will discuss the status of the new Letter of Intent (LoI INTC-283), for installing the Multi-Harmonic Buncher (MHB) and the MAGDEM Ion Test Bench (IONTB) during the upcoming LS3 shutdown. IONTB will be configured as a compact superconducting spectrometer, the ISOLDE Linear Spectrometer (ILS), for light recoil detection. Contributions to the physics program of ISRS and ILS are very welcome, please submit and abstract by November 23 (23:59 CET).
